Events are running from Friday, July 24th to Sunday, July 26th.
The campsite is open to guests from 12:00 pm on Friday, July 24th to 10:30 am on Monday, July 27th.
The event is in Loogootee, Indiana which is located 100 miles southwest of Indianapolis, Indiana
BATHROOMS
Bathrooms with showers are available in all cabins. Additionally, there are both toilets and showers in the community building.
KITCHEN
There is a kitchen in the community building and there are select cabins with kitchenettes.
HOOK-UPS
There are 30 amp connections and spigots for RVs.
There is a hotel 12.8 miles (20 minutes) from the venue. Unofficially, they have agreed to partner with us for a discounted rate. Said rate is NOT included in our All-inclusive Tickets.
No pets are allowed on the campground.

Ticket timelines are the deadlines for the availability for specific tickets.
- Early Bird tickets are available until March 31, 2026.
- Standard tickets are available from April 1, 2026 until June 30, 2026.
- Night Owl tickets are available from July 1, 2026 until July 16, 2026.
Tickets that don't include accommodation aren't subject to Timelines
No, payment plans are possible with downpayments.
A weekend pass includes
- Accommodation from the evening of July 24th to the morning of July 27th (2026)
- Meals on-site
- Admission to events on Friday through Sunday
- Shuttle from the Airport to Accommodation upon Arrival
- Shuttle from Accommodation to Airport upon Departure
- Access to all activities
A day pass for the designated day includes:
- On-sites meals
- Admission to that day's events
- Access to that day's activities
For airports, shuttles we'll only be going to Indianapolis International Airport (IND).
For buses, shuttles will be commuting to Bloomington Greyhound Station.
